Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Infrastructure Management: Ensure the maintenance and optimization of scalable, mission-critical IT infrastructure, including network, storage, and high availability systems.
• Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and improve system resilience.
• Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Incident Management: Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the banking sector.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of related IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Certifications: PMP or ITIL Manager certification is highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge and experience in maintaining scalable IT infrastructures with a focus on network, storage, and system resilience, particularly within the banking industry.
